About the Owner:
 
For over a decade, Joe M. Anderson II is a career & volunteer firefighter in the Greater Metro Denver area. He is a teacher, training instructor, and a Firefighter I Acedemy Instructor, for several fire departments and organizations.  His specialty is Technical Rope Rescue including:

Joe's teaching career began as a Fire Instructor, but now incorporates each discipline as an independant contractor with several organizations and departments; locally, nationally and internationally.
 
Joe received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing and currently holds a credential for Career and Technical Education.  Joe uses his business degree and marketing skills to create a personalized and customized business strategy for each client.

First-In Rescue & Equipment© LLC was established in 2011, by Owner and Director of Operations, Joe M. Anderson II.  F.I.R.E.© LLC was established to provide safe, effective, efficient, thorough and customized technical rope rescue training to emergency personnel.
 
The concept and goals of F.I.R.E.© LLC, is to provide personalized and customized courses to Fire Departments, Police Departments, and emergency personnel.  The training courses are built utilizing nationally recognized technical principles and national standards (NFPA, OSHA, ANSI, ASTM, FEMA).  Each course is to incorporate each agency's current SOP, SOG, Policy & Procedures, current available equipment, and target hazards (within the operating area).  F.I.R.E.© LLC is committed to train departments and companies ONLY by experienced  and certified Firefighters and emergency personnel instructors; to ensure the highest level of training.
In addition to customized training, F.I.R.E.© LLC, provides Rescue and Recovery services for local, state, national and international, public and private entities; i.e.:

  •  Marine Sub-Salvage & Recovery (Recreational Dive Limits)

  •  Helicopter Operations

First-In Rescue & Equipment© LLC acknowledges that Emergency organizations, City & County Governments,  and private citizens are seeking the highest level of professional service and training in a struggling economy.  F.I.R.E.© LLC recognizes allocation of funds for training and equipment are typically the first budget cut of each department.  F.I.R.E.© LLC provides these departments the skills and techniques, while utilizing their current equipment and experience; to apply towards rescue disciplines. The customized courses allow departments to provide continued quality training to emergency service personnel (fire, police and military) and new equipment, available for purchase, at a discounted price.
